(leaf 313a). Inscription on leaf 375a, with the date of copying, 7129 (i.e. 1621) and a historical reference to then contemporary events: "the manuscript was copied in the year of the reign of Sultan Osman when a large army was raised to fight the Polish ("Lekhi"), but unsuccessfully. He died thereafter. In the same year Bishop Visariò„n was killed by the heathen Greeks at a meeting and it caused an uproar at the Holy Mount as had never been before". Without ornamentation.
